Pie for KLWP
This theme has been inspired from one of the screens on the youtube channel MyColorScreen.
I was using a similar theme back on my Galaxy Note II, with Nova launcher being the only guide and using placeholders for all the apps. KLWP has let me improve this theme to a much larger extent. And it looks good.
How to apply this theme
You can either follow the text tutorial, or the video tutorial further down below, whichever is convenient.
Prerequisites

You need an Android device with Android 5.0 or newer.

You need Kustom Live Wallpaper (KLWP) Pro version. (Pro for you to import custom themes like this one) Link.

You also need a 3rd party launcher like Nova Launcher. Free version will work. Link.

The icon pack used for the icons in the sectors are "Whicons". You can get them here. Link.
How to import

Download the .klwp file from the resources section below.

Copy and paste it into your 'Kustom' folder on your android device. Paste it into :'MainStorage'/Kustom/wallpapers/ folder

Launch KLWP.

Tap the top left hamburger to open the slide out menu.

Tap 'Load preset'.

Go to the 'Exported' tab and click on the theme to load it in KLWP.

Tap Save on top right corner.

Make sure to disable the dock in Nova Settings > Dock > Disable.

Also make sure the home screen has 1 page. Long press on the homescreen to add or remove pages in Nova launcher.

DONE!
To change the colors of the theme

Open KLWP.

While on the main screen, scroll right towards the 'Globals' tab.

Under this tab, you can change the color of each sector to your liking. Can also change the font if you want.

To change the icons of the theme
The icons used are from the icon pack "Whicons". You can use any icon pack of your choice. Download the appropriate pack and then follow the steps below.

Open KLWP.

Scroll down and open the folder you want to change the icon in. For example, "Social Folder" to change the social icons.

Each item in the social folder is an image with the icon of the application.

Make sure the social folder sector is open graphically so that you can view what you are changing.

Tap any image and pick image to select your icon.

In the same window go to the "Touch" section and tap "Launch App"

Choose your app in this window.

Save and Done!
Remarks
This theme was made using a Nexus 6P, which has been my daily driver since 2015. So it should be compatible with all 16:9 devices. That said, it should also work with modern phones with taller 18:9 or 19:9 displays.
