Having really appreciated the design of the Nexus 6P, I decided to recreate it in solidworks using surface modeling.

This project was also a way for me to improve my surface modeling skills.

Drawing a very rough sketch on paper and giving measurements I was able to recreate the model in solidworks. Measurements were taken using a digital vernier caliper and with an account for human error while measuring of 0.2mm. Surface modeling was a must since the Nexus 6P has various smooth surface curves on its body.

I used transparent .png files of the nexus and huawei logo from google search to embed it into the surface as a sticker, rather than a cut.
